Description
The Volunteer Director provides church-wide leadership and strategy for Christ Community Chapel’s volunteer culture, owning scalable systems for recruitment, connection, onboarding, development, and retention. The role oversees engagement tools and workflows, monitors volunteer data, equips ministry leaders, evaluates volunteer structures, develops training and frameworks, and identifies opportunities to grow volunteers into leadership roles. It is a full-time position reporting to the Executive Director of Ministry Leadership and requires strong relational, communication, organizational, project-management, and volunteer-leadership skills.
