Description
Gelderland-Midden Fire Department (part of Safety and Health Region Gelderland-Midden, VGGM) is seeking volunteer firefighters for various fire stations in the Gelderland-Midden region. Volunteers participate in training evenings, complete basic responder firefighter training, and become eligible for emergency call-outs after the training year; the role requires living and working near a station, being at least 18, having VMBO-level education, good health and physical fitness, and passing interview, medical, VOG, and appointment assessments. The position offers reimbursement under CAR(-UWO) for Safety Regions and involves variable schedules with volunteer hours.
