Quotient Sciences is hiring a bilingual Volunteer Registration Coordinator to recruit and schedule research volunteers for clinical trials. The role handles telephone inquiries and appointments, volunteer tracking, screening logistics, database and TrialOne data entry, study files, recruitment follow-up, medical-record requests, and administrative support while adhering to Good Clinical Practice, subject-safety, and regulatory requirements. Work is primarily at the Screening Office and requires strong communication, organization, computer, and bilingual English-Spanish skills.
