Description
The production foreman is responsible for operating and preparing one or more production lines, setting up machines, monitoring production quality and efficiency, coordinating operators and packers, responding to technical issues, and coaching and developing team members. The role requires production experience, technical process knowledge, hands-on leadership, and flexibility for shift work; food production experience is advantageous.
