The BSB Metallverformung GmbH + Co. Stanzwerk is hiring a Vorarbeiter / Schweißroboterprogrammierer for its Burgau worksite. The role programs and sets up Yaskawa welding robots, inspects welds, maintains the robots, coordinates production equipment, supports new employees, monitors production, resolves disruptions, and performs quality checks. Candidates need a relevant vocational qualification, welding knowledge, technical-drawing skills, shift availability, and strong German; SAP knowledge and safety and quality-management experience are advantageous.
