Description
The Vice President of Admissions leads strategic management of student recruitment, admissions processes, ground enrollment teams, and training and development across Ancora Education’s platform. The role owns demand and conversion, oversees compliance and process improvements, partners with marketing and financial services, manages budgets and departmental operations, and recruits, trains, and develops leadership. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of industry-related experience including three years in upper management, strong communication and analytical skills, and advanced Google Suite knowledge. The position may require travel, nights, weekends, holidays, and remote work in states where Ancora is licensed or approved.
