SharkNinja is hiring a VP of Design & Advanced Development for Floor Care to lead its global Front-End Innovation team across corded, cordless, and hard-floor extraction platforms. The role owns the innovation roadmap, concept creation, design storytelling, prototyping, and early-stage product strategy, while partnering with engineering, R&D, product development, and marketing. Candidates should have a product design or industrial design background, at least 15 years of product design and innovation experience, deep floor-care technology knowledge, and proven leadership of creative teams. The position offers an annual salary of $280,000–$325,000 USD and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
