Description
SharkNinja is hiring a VP of Design and Advanced Development for Floor Care to lead its global Front End Innovation team. The role owns concept creation, design storytelling, early platform exploration, innovation roadmapping, prototyping, and the handoff of floor-care product ideas through the NPD pipeline across corded, cordless, and hard-floor-extraction platforms. The executive will partner with engineering, R&D, product development, and marketing while applying deep knowledge of floor-care technologies, manufacturing, materials, and consumer behavior.
