Description
Chubb is hiring a VP, AI Product Delivery to lead the global portfolio of AI-enabled underwriting capabilities. The role owns the product roadmap, solution design, execution through deployment and adoption, success metrics, portfolio risks, sequencing, and delivery capacity allocation. It requires 15+ years of relevant experience, significant product and delivery leadership experience in property and casualty insurance, strong underwriting workflow knowledge, and the ability to lead across a matrixed global organization. The disclosed pay range is $180,000 to $220,000, with possible discretionary annual incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
