Description
The VP, Analytics will own Skillz Platform analytics across SDK and Arena, consolidating roughly ten people across four sub-functions and four direct reports. The role establishes metric governance, a Snowflake semantic layer, lifecycle markers, holdout-based incrementality, independent economic scoring, competitive intelligence, and analytics ownership across the profit-driver chain. It requires 14+ years of analytics or data science experience, including 6+ years leading multi-team organizations, and experience consolidating analytics or BI functions and running mature experimentation programs. The position is onsite or hybrid in Bengaluru, India, with less than 10% travel.
