Citi is hiring a Senior Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and integrate generative and agentic AI solutions for its enterprise Controls Technology platform. The role focuses on context engineering, RAG, knowledge graphs, multi-agent orchestration, agent harnesses, tool and data integration, production deployment, observability, and responsible AI, without training or fine-tuning foundation models. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of AI or software development experience, significant Generative AI and agentic AI experience, and experience with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure. The position is based in Tampa, Florida, and offers a base salary of $113,840 to $170,760 plus benefits.
