Citi is hiring a Senior Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and integrate generative and agentic AI solutions for its enterprise Controls Technology platform. The role focuses on context engineering, RAG, knowledge graphs, multi-agent orchestration, agent harnesses, tool and data integration, production deployment, observability, and responsible AI, without training or fine-tuning foundation models. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of AI or software development experience, and experience with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure. It is a full-time role based in Tampa, Florida, with a salary range of $113,840 to $170,760 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
