Banc of California is hiring a VP, Assistant Controller to lead and optimize accounting operations, month-end and quarter-end close processes, internal controls, audits, GAAP compliance, and process improvements. The role supervises and develops accounting team members, partners with Controllership, FP&A, Treasury, and other finance and business functions, and requires a CPA, at least seven years of accounting or finance experience, and a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience or training.
