Planet Innovation is hiring a permanent Vice President of Business Development to drive growth for its services business. The role involves developing growth strategies, identifying new clients, building global partnerships, leading the full sales cycle, managing pipeline and Salesforce forecasts, coaching sales teams, and contributing to market strategy. Candidates should have 10+ years of general management, business development, or senior sales leadership experience, ideally in clinical diagnostics, life science, cell and gene therapy, or medical device sectors, along with a bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline. The position offers a base salary of approximately $220,000–$280,000 plus a bonus incentive program, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and leave benefits.
