Description
Lima One Capital is hiring a VP, Business Development, Multifamily to originate multifamily investment loans and grow business relationships with brokers, investors, and sponsors. The role owns sales production, loan structuring, underwriting, approval, closing, client consulting, and community development, and is fully remote for applicants located anywhere in the United States. A bachelor's degree is preferred, while two or more years of private or commercial lending experience in the multifamily asset class, a relevant book of business or investor network, strong communication skills, business-development ability, and an active NMLS license or ability to obtain one within 90 days are required.
