Daybreak Health is hiring a full-time Workforce Management Lead to own clinician capacity, retention, utilization, credentialing throughput, gross margin, unit economics, performance analytics, and continuous optimization across Clinical, Recruiting, Credentialing, Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market. The role requires workforce or capacity planning experience, strong analytical and financial acumen, executive communication, and the ability to turn complex operational work into repeatable systems. It offers compensation up to $200,000, equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), and fully remote work from anywhere in the United States.
