Description
Acadia Realty Trust is hiring a Vice President, Business Process, Data and Applications to lead the design, governance, automation, and implementation of business processes, applications, data, and AI-enabled technologies across the organization. The role assesses current-state processes and applications, develops improvement roadmaps and business cases, manages vendors and implementations, oversees testing and adoption, and owns process, application, data governance, and technology standards. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 12 years of progressive experience in business process improvement, business applications, or data management, and senior leadership experience. The base salary range is $175,000–$220,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
