PayPal is hiring a VP, Corporate Controller to lead its global accounting and financial reporting organization. The role owns SEC reporting, external audits, financial close, technical accounting policy, ESG reporting, consolidated financial statements, and oversight of product, credit, and operating expense accounting teams. It requires a bachelor's degree, an active CPA license, at least 12 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, public company reporting experience, and expertise in US GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial services accounting. The position offers a hybrid model with three office days and is available in New York City, Chicago, Austin, San Jose, and Scottsdale, with an annual base pay range of $250,000 to $360,000.
