ASM is hiring a Vice President of Corporate Development focused on M&A to lead inorganic growth strategy and execution for its global semiconductor equipment business. The role covers acquisition theses, technology and product due diligence, financial modeling, transaction execution, deal negotiation, regulatory considerations, and post-merger integration across wafer fabrication, process control, advanced packaging, and related semiconductor technologies. The position requires at least 12 years of relevant experience, strong technical and financial capabilities, executive leadership, and the ability to manage complex, IP-heavy semiconductor deals.
