Description
Banc of California is hiring an Enterprise Database Manager to lead the bank’s enterprise database function for Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server. The role owns database strategy, architecture, security, availability, performance, modernization, backup and recovery, change management, audit readiness, vendor and licensing management, and operational support, while managing internal database staff and external service providers. The position requires at least eight years of progressively responsible enterprise production database experience, substantial hands-on Oracle and SQL Server administration, prior people-management experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
