Description
Bounteous is hiring a remote Delivery Director to lead digital product and platform delivery across its North American business unit. The role owns delivery strategy, governance, technical standards, AI and automation integration, KPIs, staffing, capacity, risk, economics, client satisfaction, and net revenue retention for delivery-led accounts. It also manages direct reports, partners with India-based delivery leadership and business development, and serves as an executive escalation point for major accounts. The position requires 12+ years of progressive digital delivery, technology, product, or program management experience, with agency, enterprise platform, AI, automation, cloud, and distributed-team experience preferred.
