Description
PointClickCare is hiring a VP, Design & User Experience for a USA remote role. The executive will lead UX, content design, user research, design systems, AI-enabled product experiences, and design governance across a complex B2B healthcare technology portfolio. The role partners with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams; builds and develops design leadership; establishes operating rhythms and performance expectations; and drives improvements in usability, accessibility, adoption, and customer satisfaction. Required qualifications include 10+ years of UX, content design, or product design experience, 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary design and research organizations, a bachelor’s degree, executive-level Product and Engineering experience, and experience scaling UX across large platforms and integrating AI. The role includes travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding, team events, and meetings.
