Description
Tubi is hiring a VP/Director of Machine Learning Engineering to lead and build a high-performing machine learning engineering team while remaining hands-on with recommendation, personalization, and ads optimization systems. The role owns the ML strategy and technical roadmap, designs and deploys full-stack ML pipelines, develops advanced recommendation algorithms, and partners with Product, Engineering, and Content to deliver measurable viewer and business impact. Candidates need 10+ years of machine learning experience, 5+ years of leadership experience, an MSc or Ph.D. in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, and expertise in deep learning and ML systems. The role is hybrid or remote and offers a CAD annual salary of $350,000–$500,600 for the VP level or $292,000–$417,200 for the Director level, plus bonus, incentive, and benefits.
