Description
Hazelcast is seeking a Senior Vice President of Engineering to lead and scale its global engineering function. The role owns multi-year technical strategy, product roadmap delivery, open-source stewardship, enterprise-grade platform quality and resilience, engineering budget and resource optimization, and the development of a distributed global engineering organization. The executive will partner with C-suite stakeholders, serve as a technical authority for enterprise customers, and lead developer relations. The position requires 12+ years of progressive software engineering leadership, including at least 7+ years at the VP, SVP, or CTO level, along with expertise in distributed systems, Java, open-source governance, agile delivery, and global team management.
