Description
Hypervolt Limited is seeking an experienced VP Engineering to lead their cloud, platform, data, and application engineering functions. This senior leadership role involves overseeing engineering execution, reliability, and scalability of Hypervolt's cloud-based systems, and collaborating with hardware and firmware teams to enhance device capabilities through the cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling engineering teams, translating company strategy into technical roadmaps, and owning the delivery and operational excellence of cloud and application platforms. Key areas include technical leadership for Hypervolt’s AWS-based microservices architecture, evolution of UltraGrid, managing large-scale telemetry ingestion, and guiding streaming pipelines and data storage. The role also involves close collaboration with hardware and firmware teams to define interfaces, enable new device capabilities, and support product lifecycle, as well as overseeing backend systems for the Hypervolt mobile app and ensuring platform reliability and incident response.
