iSpot is hiring two senior engineering and AI leadership roles: Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of AI. The VP of Engineering will own engineering execution, organizational health, technical direction, delivery quality, reliability, cost, and the engineering operating model across Creative, Audience, and Outcomes product lines, while remaining hands-on with architecture, incidents, code, and technology evaluation. The VP of AI will define and execute AI product strategy, build and scale AI capabilities across creative intelligence, audience measurement, and outcome attribution, lead AI engineering and product teams, and ensure responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance. Both roles require extensive technology leadership experience, strong technical depth, and the ability to work hands-on; the VP of AI role lists a $226,300–$296,450 USD annual cash compensation range and offers hybrid or fully remote work depending on location.
