Kody is hiring a VP of Engineering to lead its technical organization through rapid growth. The role owns engineering strategy, architecture, delivery, team leadership, hiring, culture, budgets, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Design, and Operations. It requires 10–15 years of engineering leadership experience, strong technical expertise in modern architectures and cloud platforms, distributed-team leadership, and experience with agile, DevOps, and continuous delivery.
