Description
Rewind is hiring a VP, Engineering to own the full R&D function, including engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, customer support, enterprise-readiness, AI adoption, and technology strategy. The role reports directly to the CEO, leads multidisciplinary engineering, operations, and support teams, and requires 15+ years of technology leadership with at least 8 years at a senior level. The position is remote-friendly in Canada, with a strong preference for candidates based in Ontario and occasional in-person meetings at the Ottawa headquarters.
