Chevron Federal Credit Union is hiring a Vice President, Enterprise Data & Analytics to lead its enterprise-wide data and analytics organization. The role owns the multi-year data and analytics strategy, business analytics, data governance, modern data platform enablement, data quality, and advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives. It reports to executive leadership, partners with business and technology units, and builds and develops a high-performing data and analytics organization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 12 years of progressively responsible experience, and at least 7 years of leadership experience; a master’s degree or advanced professional degree is preferred. Compensation varies by zone, with Zone 1 listed at $179,764.00–$247,175.50, plus medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and incentive benefits.
