Description
RBC is hiring a VP, Execution Management -- Liquidity to manage liquidity access for its equity electronic trading stack, coordinate changes with technology and quantitative teams, prioritize SOR work, evaluate liquidity sources, liaise with exchanges and liquidity providers, and communicate priorities to internal stakeholders. The role requires 3–5 years of U.S. equities market experience, Series 7 and 63 licenses, experience with KDB, SQL, order routing, and programming, along with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. It is a full-time regular position in New York with a stated salary of $225,000 and an application deadline of 2026-10-23.
