Description
Sequen is hiring a Field Engineering Manager to build and lead its Field Engineering function from the ground up. The role will hire, coach, and scale a team of 4–5 Field Engineers; establish demos, POC and proof-of-value frameworks, technical qualification standards, and operating processes; partner with sales leadership on complex enterprise evaluations; serve as a technical escalation point; and translate customer feedback into product and roadmap improvements. The position requires 8–12+ years of pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering experience, including at least 4 years leading Field Engineering or Sales Engineering teams, along with strong customer-facing communication, technical product experience, and a bachelor's degree or comparable experience.
