Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business leadership roles, including substantial experience in a multinational environment.
At least 5 years at a senior management or director level with direct responsibility for P&L, team leadership, and engagement with executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership in P&L management, budgeting, and commercial finance.
Strong understanding of key financial drivers, contract management, and the broader retail landscape (including trade terms and promotions).
Track record of driving cost efficiencies, process transformation, and implementing governance best practices.
Experience representing the company externally and interfacing with executive and cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills; adept at motivating teams and managing in a matrix environment.
High resilience, bias for action, strategic vision, and willingness to engage both in detail and in big-picture thinking.
Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead diverse teams at both local and regional level
