Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Proven track record in financial steering, forecasting accuracy, and value creation through strong business partnering and process optimization
Experience in ERP implementations and driving systems harmonization
Strong ability to drive digitalization, automation, and data-driven processes within finance
Several years of accounting expertise with IFRS, German GAAP (HGB), and additional local accounting standards from other European countries
Expertise in compliance, internal controls, risk management, and fraud prevention
Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent preferred
Fluent in English; German is a strong asset
