Flipp is hiring a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead global budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, strategic finance, capital allocation, and FP&A transformation. The role partners with the CEO, CFO, executive leadership, and Board; develops KPIs, financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses; modernizes planning through automation and AI-enabled analytics; and builds a high-performing global FP&A organization. The position requires 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including enterprise FP&A in a global technology, SaaS, or high-growth organization, and is remote-first.
