Description
The VP, FP&A will lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-support for a luxury wine company undergoing portfolio focus, distribution transformation, and planning modernization. The role partners with the CFO, CEO, executive leadership, Board, and private equity ownership while building driver-based models, improving forecast discipline, developing dashboards, modernizing planning systems, and applying AI and advanced analytics. The position is hybrid or remote, with regular onsite work at the St. Helena/Santa Rosa, California site during key planning and collaboration cycles, and requires 10+ years of progressive finance experience, enterprise planning expertise, and a bachelor’s degree.
