Description
D-Wave Quantum is hiring a VP, Global HR Operations to lead the evolution of its global HR operating model, technology, governance, and service delivery as the company expands. The role owns the HR technology roadmap, automation, AI adoption, employee lifecycle operations, compliance, data governance, and cross-functional partnerships, while building and leading a high-performing global HR Operations team. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 12 years of progressive HR experience including 5+ years leading global HR operations, technology, HRIS, or shared services in complex multinational organizations, and demonstrated expertise in global HR operations, compliance, workforce administration, data privacy, and HR technology.
