Description
Contentstack is hiring a VP, GTM Strategy & Systems to own the AI-native go-to-market operating system end to end. Reporting to the CEO, the role leads GTM operations, analytics, engineering, applications, data, governance, and AI/agent automation across revenue, marketing, partner, and customer success functions. The executive will build GTM systems and teams, establish data and forecasting foundations, and improve organizational capacity without proportional headcount growth. The role requires 12+ years of enterprise SaaS GTM experience, hands-on AI and automation expertise, deep Salesforce and GTM technology knowledge, and experience building teams from the ground up. The stated salary range is $275,000–$300,000.
