Description
zerohash is hiring a senior leader to build and scale its Implementation Services function. The role will personally manage complex enterprise implementations, own implementation timelines, risk, quality, and service delivery, design systems and processes, build and hire a global team, establish engagement models and metrics, and serve as an executive escalation point for strategic financial-services customers. Candidates must be within a one-hour driving radius of Chicago, New York City, or the UK/Amsterdam office hubs and have at least 10 years of project-management experience, including complex financial-services implementations and experience building a professional-services function.
