Risepoint is hiring a Vice President, Internal Communications to lead the strategic development and execution of internal communications for its remote-first workforce. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, the role will create employee engagement and culture initiatives, advise executive leadership on messaging, manage change communications, oversee content and communication governance, measure effectiveness, and lead and develop a team of internal communications professionals. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a communications-related field, at least 10 years of internal communications experience including 5 years in leadership, and experience managing communications in a remote or distributed workforce.
