Required Previous Experiences: 5-7 Years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to develop transaction ideas and discuss them with senior coverage team members.
Experience in developing revenue across all product areas and successfully executing transactions.
Strong understanding of market, industry, and product knowledge.
Capable of structuring and delivering impactful presentations.
Skilled in maintaining client relationships and informing them throughout deal progression.
Proficient in communicating deal updates and issue resolution to senior M&A and coverage officers.
Ability to interact effectively with clients at various levels, including CFO, Treasurer, and Assistant Treasurer.
Primary liaison with clients at CEO and CFO levels.
Experience in executing deals and contributing to revenue growth.
Leadership capability to direct, train, and develop team members towards achieving departmental objectives.
Commitment to fostering a respectful work environment aligned with bank policies and guidelines.
Ensures strict adherence to confidentiality of client information.
Provides expert guidance and support to senior coverage team members during transaction execution and deal structuring.
Responsible for developing transaction recommendations/revenue generation strategies, structuring/presenting deals, and managing transactions with escalation to senior coverage officers.
Continuously engages in client relationship maintenance.
Requires deep knowledge of an assigned business or portfolio.
