Description
Grocery Outlet is hiring a VP of IT Operations to lead strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement across infrastructure, network, service desk, and store technology. The role owns enterprise infrastructure, cloud modernization, SRE, automation, ITIL-aligned service management, operational KPIs, vendor relationships, budgets, and a high-performing operations team. It reports to the SVP, Chief Information Officer, and requires 10+ years of IT infrastructure or enterprise operations experience, 5+ years in senior leadership, and strong cloud, platform engineering, and ITSM/ITIL expertise.
