Description
Chubb is hiring a Lead Digital Experience Architect for its Personal Risk Services division to lead architecture strategy, roadmaps, solution design, governance, modernization, technology risk, and AI-enabled digital experience initiatives. The role partners with business, product, design, data, security, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and customer-focused digital solutions in a regulated environment. Candidates need at least 15 years of relevant architectural and engineering experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, and expertise in modernization, APIs, microservices, cloud, consumer digital experiences, regulated environments, and AI-enabled channels. The pay range is $185,000 to $215,000, with possible discretionary annual incentives.
