Cathay Bank is hiring a VP, Learning & Development Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Learning & Development department, coach and mentor training team members, develop and deliver an annual training plan, create new training modules, facilitate leadership courses, manage the L&D budget and vendor contracts, and support training needs across the bank. The role requires at least seven years of Learning & Development experience, including three years in a leadership or supervisory role, and offers a salary of $95,000 to $110,000 per year with a possible discretionary bonus and full-time benefits.
