The Legal Operations Specialist will serve as the operational backbone of Annaly's Legal & Compliance Department, designing scalable processes, managing legal technology and AI tools, overseeing outside counsel, optimizing legal spend, and maintaining the department budget. The role requires at least five years of relevant legal operations or corporate governance experience, proficiency with legal technology and AI tools, strong analytical and project-management skills, and unrestricted United States work authorization. It is based in New York, New York, with exceptional remote candidates authorized to work in the United States considered, and offers a starting salary of $160,000 to $250,000 per year.
