Description
Trace3 is hiring a Vice President of Managed Services to own the strategy, growth, operations, and profitability of its Managed Services business, including Data Center Services and the Network Operations Center. Reporting to the SVP of Services, the role will expand service offerings, drive revenue and client retention, serve as an executive sponsor for key customer relationships, and lead a distributed team of managers, employees, and contractors. The position requires at least 10 years of Managed Services leadership experience, P&L and forecasting expertise, service portfolio development, executive customer-facing experience, and strong sales and business development partnership experience. The estimated base salary is $250,000–$300,000 USD, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
