AUTO1 Group is hiring a VP Marketing to lead an international marketing organization of approximately 150 FTE across European markets, manage more than €200M in annual marketing investment, and report directly to the Group CEO. The role combines brand and performance marketing strategy with AI, automation, experimentation, data infrastructure, commercial accountability, performance management, and leadership development, while partnering with Product, Technology, Finance, and Sales. Candidates must have prior executive marketing leadership experience in high-growth technology, digital, or scale-up companies.
