Oscar is hiring a Vice President of Member & Provider Services and Optimization to lead the Member and Provider Services organization and drive scalable, compliant, data-driven service operations. The role oversees member and provider service experiences, call center operations, workforce planning, budgeting, quality improvement, process optimization, and talent development, while reporting to the SVP of Member & Provider Strategy. It is based in Oscar's New York office on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week and offers a base salary of $218,592 to $286,902 per year, plus benefits, equity, and performance bonuses.
