Description
Iterative Health is hiring a Vice President, M&A to lead strategic acquisitions and other inorganic growth opportunities, including market mapping, target sourcing, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, closing, and post-acquisition integration. The role will expand the company’s clinical research site network, establish scalable M&A processes, advise executive leadership and the Board, and mentor corporate development staff. The position requires 8–10+ years of relevant M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity experience, a bachelor’s degree, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with in-office collaboration two days per week in either the New York City or Boston office.
