Iterative Health is hiring a Vice President, Non-Interventional Research to build and lead its non-interventional biological specimen collections business from concept through scale. The role owns the business P&L, go-to-market strategy, vendor relationships, study execution quality, KPIs, and a team including pre-screeners, Clinical Research Coordinators, and a Clinical Operations Manager. Candidates need a BS/BA or higher, at least 10 years of general management, operations leadership, or strategic business-unit experience, and a proven track record of building and scaling healthcare services businesses. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with in-office collaboration two days per week in New York City, Boston, or Southlake, plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
