Description
Brodie League is hiring a full-time, permanent VP of Engineering to lead its entire technology group in Toronto. The role owns the assessment and 12-month roadmap of infrastructure, codebase, security, AI infrastructure, reliability, performance, product development, internal tools, data, and technology spend; it also requires hands-on engineering across mobile, backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure, while leading engineering, product, and design teams. The position reports to the CEO, requires 10+ years of software engineering experience including 5+ years leading engineering teams, and requires five days in the office at the Toronto headquarters.
